CRUNCH: If you don’t want the fat in your stomach, how about working on it for 30 minutes ?
SPINNING: In this cardio lesson you loose a lot of fat by private bicycles with the lead of trainers and nice music.
YOGA: In order to reduce your mental stress we invite you to our yoga lesson.
BOSU: It is a functional course where you improve power, balance, coordination and strength as well as loose calories and have fun.
